About Us – A humble beginning
It started way back in 2015
Our founders, with a cumulative experience of more than 70 years in the corporate world, envisioned a paradigm shift in the workforce structure. And they realised the need for a structured ecosystem to support this shift.
Most organizations experience sporadic demands for specific projects and don’t necessarily want to on-board full-time employees. They are usually left with the choice to hire freelancers who do not have a consistent level of communication or professionalism. Contract talent filled this gap for long but was never really available as a ready and accessible pool.
Largely dominated by the offline industry, contract hiring has not grown to its full potential in many years. We wanted to make this set of talent readily available for quick hires through a transparent platform.
Flexiport is exactly that. It makes agile workforce possible.
Started as an online only platform, Flexiport has come a long way since. It has evolved to be hybrid system and supports recruiters through extended services like interviewing and compliances as well.
With an online pool of 30000+ contract workers, 100+ enterprise clients, 10+ advisors and backing by many industry experts, we are leading the change.
